The Monterey Bay Economic Partnership (MBEP) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, member-supported organization serving Monterey, Santa Cruz, and San Benito Counties. As a regional convener, MBEP brings together public, private, and civic partners to strengthen economic vitality and improve quality of life across the Monterey Bay region.
MBEP works at the intersection of economic development, regional collaboration, and strategic investment, advancing initiatives that support innovation, workforce development, infrastructure, and long-term regional competitiveness. Through partnerships with local governments, educational institutions, industry leaders, and community organizations, MBEP helps align regional priorities and implement projects that strengthen the Monterey Bay economy.
Position Summary
MBEP seeks a driven and highly organized individual to serve as Project Manager, supporting the planning, implementation, and coordination of key regional initiatives. This is an implementation-focused role in a fast-paced environment, ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple projects with diverse stakeholders.
