190 West Cliff

190 West Cliff, located near Downtown Santa Cruz and adjacent to the Dream Inn, includes commercial space and 89 new homes. Also, 10 affordable homes will be included onsite, representing a step toward addressing the need for more affordable workforce housing in Santa Cruz. The project was approved by Santa Cruz City Council on October 2019.
