On June 5th, several local housing supporters joined MBEP’s Matt Huerta in thanking the S. Tioga DBO Development and Sand City Council for including 52 affordable units in this new mixed use development!

Special thanks to housing advocates from MidPen Housing, Landwatch, Monterey Peninsula Renters United, and COPA! We must continue to support the project as program details and updated designs are available but the direction is now clear, more affordable housing will be included.
