Affordable Housing Bicycle Tour

Join us on a bike tour of some of our affordable housing apartments in the downtown!  We’ll highlight a few of the most recently built properties and give you a sneak peek at others that are on the horizon. Our tour will end at the Grand Opening party for Water Street Apartments (708 Water St.).  The tour begins at the Tannery Arts Center.  Space is limited to 20 participants, so please RSVP to Jess Mellor (jmellor@cityofsantacruz.com) to reserve your spot!

Affordable Housing Finance 101

Mid-County Affordable Housing Tour

Begin at Aptos Blue (3200 Aptos Rancho Rd) then Canterbury Homes, and then Sea Cliff Highlands Apartments, all the sites are in close proximity

Join Mid Pen Housing, Eden Housing, the County of Santa Cruz and the Monterey Bay Economic Partnership for a tour of local affordable housing sites in the Aptos area. Learn more about the affordable housing development process and the profound impact these rental and ownership homes have on our community. Santa Cruz County Supervisor Zach Friend will be joining us to share his perspective on housing solutions.
