Park Pacific

Park Pacific is a 79-unit apartment complex located at 1547 Pacific Ave in Santa Cruz. 12 of this units are dedicated as affordable. The project site is located on the last vacant lot front Pacific Avenue as a result of the 1989 earthquake and formerly housed the Bookshop Santa Cruz. MBEP endorsed the project in September 2017 and supported its approval alongside a cadre of our advocacy partners the following December.
